Paintings by Mrs. Kate Mkheidze Kate was born in 1967 in Tbilisi. In 1986 graduated from the Jacob Nikoladze State Art College, the faculity of fine art. In 1986 her personal exhibition was held in the Merani Exhibition Hall. About 100 graphics and paintings were on display. In 1993 she graduated from Tbilisi State Academy of Art, the faculity of fine art, the speciality of television and movie artist. Simce 1986 she has participated in international and republican exhibitions. in 2001 - 2002 she participated in the UN contest "Women for Peace". In 2002 she participated in the charity exhibition-action "Artists Against AIDS"; in December of 2002 in the international festival. In 1993-98 she worked in the film studio Georgian Film as a costume designer. Since 1995 she is a member of GIFA (Georgian International Association of Artists). Since 1998 she is a member of the Union of Artists of Georgia. Her works are kept in private collections in Italy, France, The USA, Greece, Slovenia and Bulgaria.
